We have created this Privacy Policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy and security. This Privacy Policy describes how the Company collects information from all end users of its Internet services (the "Services"), including those who access some of the Services but do not have accounts ("Visitors") and those who may purchase products and or pay a monthly or recurring service fee to subscribe to the Services ("Members"), what we do with the information we collect, and the choices Visitors and Members have concerning the collection and use of such information. You are encouraged to read this Privacy Policy carefully.

Definition of Company

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, the term "Company," "we," "us," or "our" refers individually and collectively to:

  • Wisdom Books Holdings, LLC
  • Total Online Media, LLC
  • Advanced Business Growth, LLC

together with any parent company, holding company, subsidiary, affiliate, related entity, predecessor, successor, or assign, whether now existing or formed in the future, and all of their respective owners, members, partners, managers, officers, directors, employees, contractors, consultants, vendors, licensors, investors, representatives, and agents.

References to the Company are made solely for purposes of defining the entity or entities responsible for data collection and processing. No entity assumes the obligations or liabilities of any other entity by virtue of being referenced herein.

Personal Information Our Company Collects and How It Is Used

Introduction. Our Company collects information in different ways from Visitors and Members who access the various parts of our Services and the network of websites accessible through the Services. We use this information primarily to provide a customized and functional experience as you use our products and Services. Except as expressly described in this Privacy Policy, we do not sell personal information. However, we may disclose personal information as described below, including when disclosure is required by law, necessary to provide the Services, necessary to protect the Company, or otherwise permitted or required under applicable law.

Registration. Members may be asked to provide certain personal information when they sign up for products or Services, including but not limited to name, address, email address, telephone number, billing information such as credit or debit card details, and information regarding the device or computer used to access the Services. Personal information collected during registration is used to manage Member accounts, process payments, provide Services, communicate with Members, and enforce applicable agreements. This information may be shared with third parties strictly as necessary to operate the Services, including payment processors, hosting providers, customer support platforms, analytics providers, and security services, or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy.

Joint Promotions and Partners. In instances where the Company and a partner jointly promote products or Services, the Company may provide the partner with limited personal information, such as name or contact information, solely for the purpose of evaluating the effectiveness of the promotion, unless you are expressly informed otherwise. Such partners are prohibited from using the information for any other purpose unless separately disclosed to you.

Aggregated and Non-Identifying Information. The Company may generate aggregated, anonymized, or non-identifying information from personal information collected. This aggregated information does not identify you individually and may be used for analytics, reporting, service improvement, marketing insights, and advertising purposes. Such aggregated information may be shared with third parties.

Our Company Partners and Sponsors. Some products and Services may be offered in conjunction with affiliates, independent contractors, or non-affiliated partners. In such cases, you will be notified before any personal information is collected or shared, and you may choose not to participate. Partners may operate co-branded pages or advertisements. The Company may share aggregated and non-identifying information with such partners but does not share personal information except as disclosed in this Privacy Policy.

Online Shopping. When you purchase products or Services or register to receive materials such as newsletters or updates, you may be required to provide contact and payment information. If you place an order on behalf of another person, you acknowledge that the Company has no control over how third parties may use the information you provide about that recipient and that you provide such information at your own risk. Personal information provided for purchases is used to process transactions and is shared with third-party service providers only to the extent necessary to complete the transaction and operate the Services.

Online Advertisements and Analytics. The Company may display advertisements and may use analytics tools, tracking pixels, cookies, web beacons, session replay tools, and similar technologies to collect information about usage of the Services. These technologies may collect information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referring URLs, and interaction data. The Company may use this information to analyze trends, administer the Services, improve performance, measure marketing effectiveness, and deliver targeted or contextual advertising. The Company does not knowingly provide personal information to advertisers except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Responses to Email Inquiries. When you contact the Company by email or other electronic means, the Company uses your contact information to respond to your inquiry and for related communications. Such information is not used for unrelated purposes except as permitted by law or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy.

Voluntary Customer Surveys. The Company may conduct surveys. Participation is voluntary. Information collected may be aggregated and anonymized and used to improve products and Services. Aggregated survey data may be shared with third parties.

Special Cases and Legal Disclosures. The Company may disclose personal information when, in its sole discretion, it believes such disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with law, regulation, legal process, governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, its users, or others. This includes disclosures to law enforcement, regulators, courts, credit agencies, collection agencies, or service providers involved in fraud prevention, compliance, or enforcement of agreements.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

A cookie is a small data file placed on your device. The Company uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember preferences, enhance user experience, collect analytics, and support marketing efforts. Third parties may also place cookies or tracking technologies through the Services. The Company does not control third-party technologies and disclaims responsibility for information collected by them.

Children's Privacy

The Services are intended solely for individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older. The Company does not knowingly collect personal information from children under eighteen. If you are under eighteen, you are not permitted to use the Services. Because the Services are restricted to adults, information collected does not fall within the scope of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Public Forums

Information disclosed in public or interactive areas of the Services becomes public information. You should exercise caution when disclosing personal information in such areas. The Company is not responsible for the use of information disclosed publicly.

Data Security

The Company employs reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. The Company does not guarantee that unauthorized access, hacking, data loss, or misuse will never occur.

International Users and Data Transfers

The Services are operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you consent to the collection, processing, and transfer of your information to the United States and other jurisdictions where the Company or its service providers operate. To the extent local laws apply, such laws shall apply only to the minimum extent required by law, and all remaining provisions of this Privacy Policy and related agreements shall remain in full force and effect.

Disputes and Governing Law

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy, data practices, or privacy rights shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles, and shall be subject to the same arbitration provisions, claim limitations, remedies, and monetary caps set forth in the Company's Terms, Disclaimers, and related agreements, which are incorporated herein by reference.

For privacy-related inquiries, requests, or notices, you may contact the Company at the contact information provided on the website. For administrative coordination purposes only, Total Online Media, LLC is designated as the coordinating entity for receipt of communications on behalf of the Company, without creating agency or liability for any other entity.

Revisions to This Policy

The Company reserves the right to revise, amend, or modify this Privacy Policy and related policies at any time by updating this posting. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

This Privacy Policy is intended to be interpreted to the fullest extent permitted by law. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.

If you access this site from outside the United States, your personal information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions that may have data protection laws different from those in your country.
