ABOUT CHRIS
I started with no business background, no mentors, and no idea what I was doing - just one goal: help the greatest number of people possible. At the time my only passion was working out so I became a personal trainer.
To help more people, I built a personal training company - and nearly bankrupted myself more than once doing it. That turned into me buying a health club. Which turned into multiple locations.
As a personal trainer I was able to help dozens of people. After starting a personal training company, hundreds. Through the health clubs, tens of thousands.
Then I sold that company, wrote books that reached millions, took everything I'd learned from my "offline" companies and turned that into an online health empire.
One business kept leading to the next, and somewhere along the way I realized every company in my portfolio was designed to support the others. Each business helped the others grow.
Along the way I've built, acquired, and exited companies across multiple industries, and every one of them was added or sold based around the life I wanted to live, not the other way around.
Family comes first. Always has.
The goal has never changed... help the greatest number of people possible. The vehicle just keeps evolving.
